2. Helps ELIMINATE HURRY from your life. Love and hurry are imcompatible. Jesus was never in a hurry, not even one time. Jesus said The Greatest Commandment is to love God and love people.
3. Allows you to notice and APPRECIATE the extraordinary in the ordinary things of life
4. Helps you LISTEN better – to God and to people. When you learn to listen to God, you’ll learn to listen to people. When you listen to people, God will use them to coach you to become more Christ-like.
5. Builds your PRAYER life
6. Creates time to STEWARD THE TEMPLE of the Holy Spirit – to care for your body
7. Brings God’s PEACE that passes all understanding

Your GOAL this week is to establish a healthy daily and weekly routine!

Start by writing in your journal, “Jesus, what do You want my daily and weekly routine to look like.” Then write out the answers as your Father reveals them to you. Ask a few of your closest family members and friends for their opinions and recommendations.

Remember, your morning sets the tone for the rest of your day.

Establish the routine of getting up early every morning. Your body was designed to be in synch with nature.
